Have held several officer positions, including President, of the Virginia Association of Colleges and Employers.
College Liaison on the Board of Directors for the Roanoke Area Counselors Association (ROACA).

Miss Virginia Scholarship Program volunteer for 25+ years. Currently serve on their Board of Directors.
