If you feel "stuck", would like to build a foundation of consistency with your food choices, or gather some resources please join us on Wednesday, February 21st at 12 p.m. in Pickle. We will explore Metabolic Typing based on the book by William Wolcott as well as, determine your metabolic type during this session. Please bring paper and a writing utensil.
