Party like its 1842 as the Historical Society and Roanoke College celebrate the founder and first President of our college, David Bittle.
At 7:00 p.m., there will be a bonfire followed by a horse drawn carriage parade of students and faculty to the grave of David Bittle. After this, the group will return to campus where Bittle’s Bash will continue at the Colket Center Cavern.
The party begins at 9:00 p.m. in the Cavern where there will be free food, karaoke and drinks (including alcohol for those of age). This event is always a great time to come out and party with friends and teachers as we honor the history of Roanoke College. |
